Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Redstone Hollow Foods is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for sanitation schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Detroit. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to sanitation schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support sanitation schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
