Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Detroit, MI)

Stonegate Granite Markets Group serves neighbourhoods around Detroit with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
