Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Greenridge Cedar Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Denver region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 897 people based in Denver. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
