Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Silverline Summit Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Denver. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Denver. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
