Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Foxglove Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Denver. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
