Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Cross Hospitality Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
