Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Bright Sable Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for scrap and rework, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
