Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Harborlight Lakeside Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Denver. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 862 people based in Denver. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
