Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Denver, CO)

Westbrook Umber Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for patient education, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient education at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient education. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
