Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Dallas, TX)

Harborlight Cross Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Dallas area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier orders at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
