Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Quarry Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Dallas area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
