Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Dallas, TX)

Clearpath Cobalt Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to warranty claims at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support warranty claims. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
