Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Meridian Health is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for clinic supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system.
