Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Dallas, TX)

Rivermark Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Dallas plant, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
