Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Columbus, OH)

Nova Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer estimates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
