Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Columbus, OH)

Greenridge Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Columbus. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 943 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Columbus, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
