Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Columbus, OH)

Redstone Ember Auto Group is a Columbus company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
