Highbridge Maple Property Management is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to unit turnovers at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support unit turnovers. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
