Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Meadow Manufacturing Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
