Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Colorado Springs, CO)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Granite Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to release testing at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
