Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Sable Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for vehicle inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 242 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep stock linked to vehicle inspections at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support vehicle inspections.
