Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bluepeak Willow Early Learning runs childcare centres in Colorado Springs caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to licensing records at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support licensing records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
