Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Cedar Iron Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Colorado Springs region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer estimates at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer estimates. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
