Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Field Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
