Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Foods produces packaged foods at its Cleveland plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to allergen controls at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
