Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Field Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Cleveland plant. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
