Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cincinnati, OH)

Bluepeak Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Cincinnati region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Cincinnati, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
