Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cincinnati, OH)

Ironwood Cedar Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Cincinnati. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
