Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Cincinnati, OH)

Stonegate Drift Facilities looks after properties across the Cincinnati region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to customer sites at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer sites. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
