Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Bridge Farms and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to packing house output at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support packing house output. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
