Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Chicago, IL)

Foxglove Kestrel Manufacturing Group is a Chicago manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Keep stock linked to scrap and rework at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support scrap and rework. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
