Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Fox Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the Charlotte region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to subcontractor invoices at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support subcontractor invoices. • Experience with an ERP system.
