Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Birch Farms Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for harvest schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
