Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charlotte, NC)

Lumen Pike Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Charlotte region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to change orders at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support change orders. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
