Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Cobalt Manufacturing is a Charleston manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
