Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Charleston, SC)

Lumen Clear Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for grower contracts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to grower contracts at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support grower contracts. • Experience with an ERP system.
