Fernwood Granite Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for safety records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
