Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Baltimore, MD)

Clearpath Linden Freight is a Baltimore logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We reward reliability. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to proof of delivery at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
