Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Baltimore, MD)

Westbrook Hollow Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 620 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
