Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Austin, TX)

Nova Systems is an early-learning provider in Austin. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
