Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Redstone Meadow Pharma and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Austin. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
