Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Atlanta, GA)

Ironwood Drift Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Atlanta area, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to food costs at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support food costs. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
