Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Atlanta, GA)

Westbrook Maple Manufacturing is a Atlanta manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 745 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to machine downtime at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support machine downtime. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
