Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Mill Freight is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for customer tracking, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to customer tracking at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer tracking. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
