Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Atlanta, GA)

Northwind Fox Early Learning Group runs childcare centres in Atlanta caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
