Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Atlanta, GA)

Foxglove Vista Construction is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for materials orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to materials orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support materials orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
