Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Rook Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Anchorage, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our invoice matching. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
