Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Anchorage, AK)

Summit Beacon Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on invoice matching for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
