Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Pine Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be invoice matching. You would join a large organisation of about 541 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Keep stock linked to store inventory at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support store inventory. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
