Purchasing Coordinator - invoice matching (Albuquerque, NM)

Rivermark Glen Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Albuquerque. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on invoice matching. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to patient scheduling at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support patient scheduling. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Albuquerque. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
